摘要 按照传统学科标准的理解,女性学的学科合法性一直受到质疑,包括研究对象、研究方法与知识体系的各个层面,现有的探讨也多围绕这些问题展开,研究者们试图找到能够让女性学学术共同体广泛接受的说法和界定。如跳出学科传统界定标准的局限,注意到当今学科领域化与领域学科化的趋势,意识到女性学学科发展的社会需求以及性别研究领域对更加精细认识的需求,有助于人们更好地思考女性学专业的人才培养工作。 According to the traditional standard of discipline,the disciplinary legitimacy of women's studies has always been questioned. Issues including research objects,research methods and knowledge base have been all under siege for many years and researchers are trying to find definitions which could be generally accepted by the academic community of women's studies. It is suggested that we should break the limitation of traditional definition of discipline and notice the trend of specialization of discipline and disciplinization of special domain. Considering the societal demands for development of women's studies and the requirements from gender research for more fined understanding of the field,a better approach and framework for talent training system of women's studies may be obtained.
