摘要
张双楼煤矿7425综采结束面停采线向里10m存在断层,造成采空区大量遗煤,并且遗煤发生氧化。为防止该结束面采空区遗煤自燃,在工作面结束前期预埋注浆管路,工作面结束后在进风侧隅角施工挡风墙,并采取灌浆以及高位钻孔灌注MEA防灭火剂,消除采空区遗煤自燃隐患,保证工作面安全拆除和封闭。
There is a fault in the stopping mining line on 7425 fully-mechanized mining face of Zhangshuanglou Coal Mine, resulting in a large number of coal in the goaf and the oxidation of the coal.In order to prevent the end face of the spontaneous combustion of coal in goaf,grouting pipes were buried in advance in the early stage of the finish coal wining of the working face.When finishing the coal winning of working face, windbreak was constructed in the comer of inlet side, the carrying out grouting and injecting MEA fire extinguishing agent by using high position boreholes. The hidden danger of spontaneous combustion of coal in the goaf was eliminated, and the safe removal and closure of the working face were ensured.
