摘要
针对峰峰集团新屯煤矿14260外配工作面回采过程中需要推过与工作面同层位且平行的老巷这一实际情况,通过对地质资料分析及现场实际情况调查,决定对该老巷实施木棚替换U型钢棚子后全部充填法处理老巷。这种处理方法能有效控制老巷松动圈对工作面顶板的影响,避免采煤机损坏,杜绝冒顶流砟,确保了作业人员安全,使工作面得以顺利回采。
In the coal winning process of 14260 external working face of Xintun Coal Mine in Fengfeng Group, it is necessary to push the old roadway with the same layer and parallel to the working face during the recovery process, through the analysis of the geological data and the actual situation in the field, it is determined that the old roadway is treated with all filling methods after the U steel shed is replaced by the wooden shed. This method can effectively control the influence of the loose ring on the roof of the working face, avoid the damage of the shearer, prevent the roof falling, and ensure the safety of the workers, so as to realize the successful coal winning of working face.
