摘要
在深部特厚煤层开采中,随着开采不断延伸,采空区悬顶面积不断增大,支承应力向矿井深部转移,传统煤柱留设的位置恰好处在高应力区域,导致巷道变形严重,局部地段的变形严重影响安全生产。针对麻家梁煤矿14203工作面胶带运输顺槽保护煤柱合理尺寸确定问题,基于采场侧向支撑应力分布情况的分析采用理论计算和数值模拟相结合的方法,得出了护巷煤柱的合理宽度为7m。
In deep deep seam mining, with the continuous extension of mining, the roof area of the goaf is increasing, and the supporting stress is transferred to the deep part of coal mine.The traditional coal pillar is located in the high stress area,which leads to the serious deformation of the roadway, and the deformation of the local section seriously affects the safety production.Aiming at the problem of determining the reasonable size of the protective pillar of the belt conveyor in the 14203 working face of Majialiang Coal Mine, based on the distribution analysis of the lateral support stress of stope, combined with theoretical calculation and numerical simulation, it was obtained that reasonable width of coal pillar is 7 m.
