摘要
本文介绍了GE公司6F.01机组进口可转导叶系统。对于3级可调的进气导叶,能够对压气机进气流量和进气角度进行更精确的调节,进一步优化压气机的气动性能和机组的运行效率,且对整个系统的运行原理、结构、控制、维护各方面进行了阐述,以便分析VGV的运行情况,保障机组安全运行。
This article described the variable guide vane system of GE 6F . 01 gas turbine. For the three variable inlet vanes, the compressor intake flow and intake angle can be more accurately adjusted to further optimize the pneumatic performance of the compressor and the unit operating efficiency. And illustrated the whole system from the aspect of control and maintenance,in order to analyze the operation of VGV an d ensure the safe operation of the unit.
