摘要
针对通州区粮食应急配送车辆调度问题,梳理出影响该问题的四个主要因素,即配送始端—粮食储备资源、配送中端—粮食加工资源、配送末端—粮食投放资源和配送主体—粮食配送资源,然后对以上四个影响要素分别进行分析,其中,在分析粮食投放资源时,对粮食应急投放网络进行了优化,为加强通州区粮食应急薄弱环节建设提供了借鉴。
In this paper, in view of the scheduling problem of grain emergency distribution vehicles in the Tongzhou district, four main factors bearing on it are sorted out, namely, the starting point of the distribution-the grain reserve resources, the middle stage of the distribution process-the grain processing resources, the endpoint of the distribution process-the food distribution resources, and the distribution agent-the grain distribution resources, then analysis of the above four influencing factors is presented in detail separately. In the analysis of the food distribution resources, the emergency grain distribution network is optimized, intended as reference for strengthening the construction of emergency grain system in the Tongzhou district.
