癌基因HAX-1在乳腺癌中的表达及意义

Expression and significance of HAX-1 gene in breast carcinoma

摘要 目的探讨癌基因HS-1相关蛋白X-1(HAX-1)在乳腺癌中的表达及其与乳腺癌临床病理特征的关系。方法收集88例乳腺癌及癌旁组织,采用免疫组织化学法检测HAX-1在乳腺癌及癌旁组织中的表达,并与增殖细胞核抗原Ki67的表达比较,分析HAX-1与乳腺癌进展的相关性。结果乳腺癌中HAX-1及Ki67的表达高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。乳腺癌分化程度低、有淋巴结转移及雌激素受体阴性患者HAX-1、Ki67均为高表达(P<0.05)。HAX-1和Ki67的表达呈正相关(r2=0.56,P<0.01)。结论HAX-1是乳腺癌相关基因,可能在乳腺癌的侵润和转移中起重要作用。 Objective To inestigate the expression of oncogene HAX-1 in breast carcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological features.Methods The expressions of HAX-1 gene were detected by immunohistochemical analysis in 88 human breast carcinoma samples and the tumoradjacent normal tissues,which were compared with those of cell proliferative factor Ki67.The relationship of HAX-1 expression with clinicopathological features was analyzed.Results The HAX-1 and Ki67 were highly expressed in breast carcinoma tissues than those in the tumor-adjacent normal tissues(P〈0.05).The HAX-1 and Ki67 were highly expressed in the breast cacer patients with low differentiation,lymph node metastasis and estrogen receptor negative(P〈0.05).The expression of HAX-1 in breast cancer was positively correlated with that of Ki67(r2=0.56,P〈0.01).Conclusion HAX-1 is a breast cancer-associated gene and may play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of breast cancer.
