海峡两岸的经贸合作正处转折和选择阶段,台湾过去30年取得的经济成就离不开大陆的支持。国际收支是认识一个经济体外部经济状况的一个重要方面,明晰台湾对大陆贸易顺差对台湾国际收支帐户的贡献,是制定有关政策措施的重要依据。台湾的国际收支格局基本保持平衡,主要得益于台湾对大陆巨大的贸易顺差,平衡了其资本与金融账户的多年逆差;台湾对大陆的巨额贸易顺差对维持台湾经济的持续增长、增加就业、推动台湾产业转型升级都有重要贡献。台湾当局若舍近求远,放弃大陆市场,将对台湾经济造成伤害。台湾经济只有高度融入大陆的开放经济,才能走出经济持续低迷的怪圈。
The economic and trade cooperation between the two sides of the Taiwan straits has taken a turn and a stage of selection. Taiwan＇s economic achievements over the past 30 years have been supported by the mainland. Balance of payments is an important aspect of understanding the external economic situation of an economy. To clarify the contribution of Taiwan to the mainland trade surplus to the Taiwan balance of payments accounts is the focal point of the common interest of the two sides, and the important basis for the formulation of relevant policy measures. It is Taiwan＂ s huge trade surplus with the mainland that balances its capital and financial account deficits and achieves the results of its balance of payments having been largely balanced. It is Taiwan to mainland＇s growing trade surplus that promotes Taiwan＇s economic growth, increases employment, accumulates huge foreign exchange reserves, pushes Taiwan making a significant contribution to the industrial transformation and upgrading. If Taiwan＇s authorities seek far and neglect what lies close at hand, give up the mainland market, which would allow the economy to shrink rapidly. Taiwan has only an open economy that is highly integrated into the mainland to get out of the economic downturn.
