摘要
参与是社区文化建设的核心问题。通过对无锡市Y街道社区文化建设的个案研究,发现社区文化建设参与存在认定悖论,社区文化建设者与居民对社区文化建设成效和参与度的认定截然相反。社区共同体精神缺失、文化服务供给能力不足、居民参与能力不高、政府与社会互信互动有限是社区文化建设低度参与困境的成因。通过重塑社区共同体精神,完善社区文化管理体制,激发居民参与及自组织能力,强化社区民主与信息公开,构建多元主体协同共治的社区文化建设体系,有利于破解低度参与困境。
Participation is the core of community cultural construction.Through the case study ofcommunity culture construction in Y street Wuxi city, found the paradox which is about the oppositive judge of the community culture construction achievements and engagement between community culture builders and residentsin the community culture construction. The lack of community spirit, inadequate supply of cultural services, low participation ability of residentsand limited interaction between government and social trust are the causes ofthe dilemma. By reshaping community spirit, perfecting the management system of community culture, inspiring residents participation and self-organization ability, strengthening the community democracy and information disclosure, building multivariate main body collaborative work system of community culture construction, it is conducive to break the low participation dilemma.
