摘要
近年来,中国城镇数量大幅增长,城市人口与用地规模不断扩张,城市快速增长的资源能源消费以及环境污染日趋严重等成为中国城市扩张资源环境响应的主要特征和突出问题。从强化城市资源环境的综合治理、推进生态城市建设与城镇功能生态化、完善城市资源环境优化的政策制度保障等角度提出中国城市扩张与资源环境协调发展的可持续对策。
In recent years, but at the same time, the main characteristics and highlight problems of resource-environment response to city expansion in China are the rapid growth of resource and energy consumption, the aggravation of environment pollution, and so on. From the comprehensive management of strengthening city resources, promoting the construction of ecological city and urban ecological function, put forward countermeasures of sustainable coordinated development of China city expansion and the perspective of resources and environment and improve the policy system security optimization city resources.
