摘要 高校是我国高层次人才培养的"摇篮"。为了更好地实现内涵式发展,必须淡化行政化色彩,破除体制机制性梗阻,深化人事制度改革,从而增强高校活力,提高办学效益,促进高校"立德树人"根本教育任务的实现。本文正是基于此,探寻高校人事制度改革的内在动因,分析高校人事制度改革中存在的问题,坚持围绕高校又好又快发展的目标,提出切实可行的对策,意在对高校人事制度建设做出一些有用的探索。 Colleges and universities are the"cradle"of high-level personnel training in our country. In order to realize the connotation of development better, it is imperative to dilute the administrative influence, get rid of institutional obstruction and deepen the reform of personnel system. In this way, we can enhance the vitality, improve the teaching efficiency and promote the fundamental education task of the implementation of"moral education". On this basis, this paper aims to explore the internal agent of college personnel system reform, and analyze the existing problems in the reform of the personnel system. It is adhered to focus on the sound and rapid development of universities and put forward the feasible countermeasures, in order to make some useful exploration on the construction of personnel system in Colleges and Universities.
