摘要
为适应国内外经济新格局新变化,习近平提出了"一带一路"发展战略,这是改变全球经济政治空间布局和活动方式的构想。本文运用系统整体优化率对"一带一路"战略思维进行阐释,分析了"一带一路""共商、共建、共享"的核心原则,并结合整体性原则阐述了"一带一路"战略的系统整体突现性。
In order to adapt to the new changes of the domestic and foreign economic pattern, Xi Jinping proposed the development strategy of ＂all the way along the way＂, which is to change the global economic and political space layout and activities. This paper analyzes the strategic principle of ＂all the way along the way＂ from the overall optimization rate of the system,and analyzes the core principles of ＂sha- ring,building and sharing＂ together with the principle of integrity and expounds the overall emergent of system.
