摘要 目的建立竹叶花椒根的质量标准。方法鉴别竹叶花椒根药材的性状、显微特征;检查水分、总灰分、醇溶性浸出物;采用TLC法进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法测定木兰花碱含量。结果对竹叶花椒根的性状、显微特征进行了描述;根据6批次测定结果,水分测定平均值11.7%,总灰分测定平均值5.9%,醇溶性浸出物测定平均值7.6%;TLC斑点清晰,分离度好;含量测定中木兰花碱的进样量在0.5200~2.6000μg(r=0.9998)与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.5%,RSD为1.6%(n=6),含量以木兰花碱计均不低于2.0 mg·g^(-1)。结论建立的分析方法简便可行,专属性强,可用于竹叶花椒根的质量控制。 Objective To establish the quality standard of Zanthoxylum armature DC. Radix. Methods The medicinal properties and microscopic characteristics of Zanthoxylum armature DC. Radix were identified. The moisture, total ash and alcohol-soluble extract were measured. Qualitative identification used TLC method and magnoflorine was determined by HPLC method. Results Zanthoxylum armature DC. Radix properties and microscopic characteristics were described. According to the determination of 6 batches, the average moisture was 11.7%, the average total ash was 5.9%, the alcohol soluble extract average was 7.6%. TLC spots were clear and well separated. The magnoflorine amount of sample (including in 0.5200 -- 2.6000 μg, r = 0.9998) had good linear relationship with the peak area and the average recovery was 99.5%, RSD was 1.6% (n = 6). Content of magnoflorine should be no less than 2.0 mg ·g ^-1. Conclusion The established method is simple, specific, and can be used in the quality control of ZanthoxyIurn armature DC. Radix.
