摘要
旅游小企业已成为目的地的重要组成部分,对地方经济、社会文化、生态环境产生着深刻影响。基于国内外研究,从宏观和微观视角对旅游小企业成长的影响因素进行了归纳总结。宏观视角包括旅游市场环境、目的地旅游治理和旅游产业集群,微观视角包括企业家精神、企业经营管理、社会资本。然而,这6方面成长因素内容只存在于已有研究成果的部分章节,缺乏对旅游小企业成长的针对性研究。此外,不同类型的旅游小企业成长、旅游小企业在目的地的总体发展和演变过程也存在研究不足。今后的研究应该向以下4个方面开展:(1)关注旅游小企业在目的地的成长,进一步丰富该领域的研究内容;(2)在目的地发展背景下分别开展旅游小企业整体和分类型的成长研究;(3)从旅游小企业对目的地演化的单项作用转向二者的交互影响研究;(4)完善旅游小企业研究的理论和方法体系。
Small tourism businesses have become an important part of the destination, which has a profound impact on the local economy, social culture, and ecological environment. Based on the domestic and inter- national research, this paper summarizes the influence factors of the growth of Afrom the macro and micro perspectives. The macro perspective includes the tourism market environment, tourism destination manage- ment and tourism industry cluster. Micro perspective includes entrepreneurship, enterprise management and social capital. However, these six factors exist only in partial chapters of existing research and lack of targeted research on small tourism business growth. In addition,there is also a lack of research on the dif- ferent types of small tourism business growth and overall development and evolution of small tourism bus- iness in their destinations. Future research should be carried out in the following four aspects: (1) pay at- tention to the growth of small tourism businesses in the destination, further enrich the research content of the field (2) under the background of the development of the destination, do research on the growth of the overall and sub types of small tourism businesses (3) the interactive effects of the single role of the small tourism enterprises on the evolution of destination: a study of the interaction between the two par- ties (4) improve the theory and method system of small tourism business research.
