摘要
目的 :探讨护脉膏及喜疗妥对诺维本致兔耳缘静脉损伤的保护作用。方法 :在兔耳缘静脉注射诺维本前 10min ,将护脉膏及喜疗妥分别涂在兔耳缘静脉及其周围 ,厚度为 3mm ,4h后重涂 1次。分别在 2 4h后、7d后、15d后取标本 ,观察兔耳缘静脉病理学改变 ,并与对照组比较。结果 :护脉膏及喜疗妥对诺维本致兔耳缘静脉急性病理损伤、亚急性病理性损伤、慢性病理性损伤均有良好的保护作用 ,但护脉膏的保护作用明显优于喜疗妥。结论 :两种防护措施对诺维本致兔耳缘静脉损伤均有良好的保护作用。
Objective To research the protecting functions of Humai cream and Hirudoid to vein injuries of rabbit ears caused by Navelbine.Methods Smearing Humai Cream and Hirudoid on veins and their surrounding areas on rabbit ears respectively,both in 3 mm thickness,10 minutes before Navelbine injection and smearing again 4 hours later.Then obtaining samples after 24 hours,7 days and 15 days,observing pathological changes of the ear veins,comparing those with controlled group.Results Both Humai Cream and Hirudoid have excellent protecting functions to acute,subacute and chronic pathological injuries on rabbit ear veins caused by Navelbine,but the protecting function of Humai cream is significantly better than that of Hirudoid.Conclusion Humai cream and Hirudoid have excellent protecting function to vein injuries on rabbit ears caused by Navelbine.
