摘要
目的评价2型糖尿病患者接受医院社区糖尿病一体化管理模式的效果。方法将500例糖尿病患者纳入研究,平均将患者分为两组。观察组患者接受医院社区糖尿病一体化管理模式干预,对照组患者接受(三甲医院的)常规管理模式。对比两组干预效果。结果干预后,两组患者的糖尿病相关情况均得到了良好的改善。进一步对比可以发现,观察组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白、糖尿病知识普及率、BMI指数、生活满意度、自信心调查、药物费用的改善程度均明显好于对照组,各项差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区医院一体化管理模式能够有效控制患者的血糖,对于预防并发症、改善患者生活质量具有重要意义。
Objective To evaluate the effect of hospital-type diabetes mellitus （DM） integrated management in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 500 diabetic patients were included in the study. On average, patients were divided into two groups. Patients in the observation group were intervened in the hospital community diabetes mellitus management model, and patients in the control group were accepted （in the top three hospitals） routine management mode. The effects of the two groups were compared. Results A After the intervention, the diabetes related conditions in the two groups were improved well. The fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 hour blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, diabetes knowledge popularization rate, BMI index, life satisfaction, self confidence and drug cost in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group. The differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Community hospital integrated management mode can help to effectively control the blood sugar of patients, which is of great significance for preventing complications and improving patients＇ quality of life.
