摘要
目的探究液体更换流程中增加"与患者或家属共同核对液体"在临床中的应用效果。方法选取2013年8月—2015年8月在院患者500例作为对照组,采取传统液体更换流程,2015年9月—2016年9月在院患者500例为干预组,在传统的液体更换流程中增加了"与患者或家属共同核对液体",对比两组干预效果。结果对照组患者不良事件发生率为6.4%,干预组患者不良事件发生率为2.6%,两组患者不良事件发生率差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.100,P<0.05),对照组患者满意度为94.4%,干预组患者满意度为98.2%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.132,P<0.05)。结论在液体更换流程中增加"与患者或家属共同核对液体"应用于临床效果显著,提高了查对过程中的准确率,减少了输液错误的发生,提高了满意度,提高了护理质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of the fluid replacement process with the patients or family members to check the liquid in the clinic. Methods 500 hospitalized patients were selected from August 2013 to August 2015 as the control group. The traditional fluid replacement process was adopted. From September 2015 to September 2016, 500 patients in the hospital were selected as the intervention group. In the traditional liquid replacement process, the “check the liquid with the patients or family members” was added, and the intervention effect of the two groups was compared. Results Patients in the control group, the incidence of adverse events was 6.4%, patients in the intervention group, the incidence of adverse events was 2.6%, there was a signifcant difference in the incidence of adverse events in the two groups （χ2=8.100, P 〈 0.05）. The patient satisfaction in the control group was 94.4%, and the patient satisfaction in the intervention group was 98.2%, and the difference was statistically significant （χ2=10.132, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the liquid replacement process, adding “check the liquid with the patients or family members” in clinical practice, which improves the accuracy rate in the process of checking up, eliminates the occurrence of transfusion errors, improves the satisfaction degree, and improves the quality of nursing.
