摘要
目的对围手术期的脊柱损伤患者进行护理干预效果探究。方法选择我院的围手术期脊柱损伤患者44例进行护理干预,并观察患者的住院时间,手术时间以及出血量。结果在对应治疗以及护理工作的帮助下,本组患者均得到有效恢复,住院时间在(15±5)d。结论正确的护理干预能够增强脊柱损伤患者的围手术期康复效果。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention onpatients with spinal injury during the perioperative period. Methods 44 patients in the perioperative period of spinal injury were treated with nursing intervention, and the time of hospitalization, the time of operation and the amount of bleeding were observed. Results with the help of the corresponding treatment and nursing work, the patients in this group were recovered effectively and the time of hospitalization was （15 ＋ 5） d. Conclusion The correct nursing intervention can enhance the perioperative rehabilitation effect of the patients with spinal injury.
