摘要
目的分析数字化管理对门诊西药房药品管理与发放的影响。方法选取门诊西药房实施数字化管理前后1年的相关资料各600份,对药品盘点时间、取药等待时间、账实相符率、报损率进行统计和比较。结果数字化管理实施前后,药品盘点时间、取药等待时间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施前账实相符率、报损率为86.7%和3.7%,实施后为96.5%和0.8%,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论门诊西药房实施数字化管理,能够有效提高药品管理与发放的工作质量。
Objective To analyze the influence of digital management ondrug administration and distribution in Western pharmacy. Methods 600pieces of relevant data of 1 years before and after the implementation ofdigital management in outpatient pharmacy were selected, and the inventorytime, drug waiting time, accounting rate and loss rate were statisticallyanalyzed and compared. Results Before and after the implementation ofdigital management, the differences of drug inventory time, drug waitingtime were statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Before the implementation ofdigital management, the accounting actual coincidence rate, loss rate was86.7% and 3.7%, after the implementation of digital management, were96.5% and 0.8%, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of digital management in outpatient pharmacy can effectively improve the quality of drug management and distribution.
