摘要
国有企业剥离办社会职能作为国有企业供给侧结构性改革的一项重要措施,具有深远的影响和意义。国有企业剥离办教育是国有企业剥离办社会职能的一个重要方面,从1993年到2007年国有企业剥离办教育职能已经进行了初步的改革。2016年,时隔10年,深化改革重新启动。在对国有企业剥离办教育职能的历史进行梳理的基础上,文章结合当前实际情况深入思考现阶段国有企业剥离办教育职能的问题,提出了加快推动国有企业剥离办教育职能的对策建议。
As an important reform in the supply-side structural reform of state-owned enterprises,the divestiture of state-owned enterprises as a social function has far-reaching significance and influence.The divestiture of state-owned enterprises is an important aspect of the social function of state-owned enterprises,and the reform of state-owned enterprises educational functions has undergone preliminary reforms during 1993-2007.After a lapse of ten years,in 2016,deepening reform restarted.This paper attempts to comb the evolution route of state-owned enterprises being stripped education function,combining with the current situation,we should deeply think about the difficulties at the present stage after education functions of the state-owned enterprises being stripped,and the countermeasures will be put forward to accelerate the peeling of state-owned enterprises to promote the education function.
