摩洛哥鼠尾草挥发油化学成分分析

Analysis of volatile oil components in Salvia officinalis L.from Morocco

摘要 以摩洛哥产鼠尾草为研究对象,以水蒸气蒸馏法提取其中的挥发油成分,并详细考察了提取时间、浸泡时间和物料比等因素对挥发油提取效率的影响.通过气相色谱-质谱联用技术对鼠尾草挥发油的化学成分进行检测,经G1701B化学站检索NIST98谱图库,确认样品中的化学成分,并以峰面积归一化法计算各化学成分的相对含量.实验结果表明:摩洛哥鼠尾草挥发油的最佳提取条件为提取时间2.5 h、浸泡时间2 h、物料比1∶11、出油率为1.85%.挥发油中共鉴定出38种物质,主要成分为桉叶油醇、樟脑、β-蒎烯、(1R)-(+)-α-蒎烯和莰烯. In the paper,volatile oil of Salvia officinalis L.from Morocco was extracted by water-steam distillation.The factors which may affect the oil yield were investigated in detail,including extraction time,soaking time and material ratio.The chemical compositions were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Qualitative analysis was achieved by retrieving Nist 98 database in G1701 BA chemical workstation and quantitative analysis was accomplished through the determination of relative percentage content by peak area normalization method.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions are described as follows: extraction time2.5 h,soaking time 2 h and material ratio 1 ∶ 11.38 kinds of components were found in the volatile oil of Salvia officinalis L.from Morocco and the main components include cineole,camphor,β-pinene,(1 R)-(+)-α-pinene and camphene.
