摘要
目的:探讨深化细节护理对眼底病患者心理状态和生活质量的影响。方法:收治眼底病患者83例,分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用基础护理模式,观察组采用深化细节护理模式,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组生活质量和心理状态均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:深化细节护理能明显改善眼底病患者的心理状态和生活质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of deepening detail nursing on mental status and quality of life of patients with fundus disease.Methods:83 patients with fundus disease were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given basic nursing mode,and the observation group was given deepening detail nursing mode.We compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:The quality of life and mental state of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Deepening detail nursing can significantly improve the mental status and quality of life of patients with fundus disease.
