大数据时代下医学生科研不端行为现状与预防研究 被引量:4

A study on the status and prevention of scientific misconducts in medical students in the background of big data

摘要 目的:基于知信行模式(knowledge attitude and practice,KAP)了解医学生科研不端行为现状及影响因素,并提出针对性的建议。方法:2016年9-11月便利抽取天津医科大学3个院系的医学生共306例,使用《医学生科研诚信现状与相关对策问卷》进行横断面调查。结果:76.2%的医学生对学术规范了解程度不深,25.8%的医学生对一稿多投行为持中立意见,不同专业医学生科研不端行为的普遍程度存在显著性差异(P<0.05),被调查医学生认为出现学术不端行为的主要原因为学术风气浮躁、急功近利(69.3%),其次为自身科研能力不足(57.5%)。结论:医学生对科研学术规范的了解程度较低,各种科研不端行为在医学生中均有发生。医学院校应完善学术规范制度与审评方式,逐步建立起以审核制度、数据技术和素质教育为一体的科研不端行为预防模式。 Objective To investigate the status and the influence factors of scientific misconducts in medical students based on knowledge attitude and practice pattern, and to propose specific recommendations. Methods: A total of 306 medical students from three different departments at Tianjin Medical University were obtained in this study by convenience sampling. Questionnaire of research integrity current situation and relative countermeasures were applied for cross-sectional study. ResultS: 76.2% medical students had no deep understanding of academic norms, 25.8% shared neutral opinion to multiple submissions with one manuscript, and there was a significant difference in the prevalence of research misconduct between different students of different majors ( P〈0.05). The main reasons collected from the surveyed students were impetuous academic atmosphere or eagerness for quick success and instant benefits (69.3%), followed by inadequate scientific research capacity (57.5%).Conclusion: Medical students had a low level knowledge of research norms, and various types of scientific misconducts were common among medical students. Medical institutes were suggested to complete the system of research norms and evaluation measures, in order to establish a scientific misconduct prevention pattern with verification system, statistics techniques and quality education as a whole.
