摘要
在诉讼爆炸和司法改革的大背景下,人民法院提升审判管理质效,成为时代的紧迫要求。积极研究审判管理运行机制规范化运行对策,切实落实司法责任制,坚定不移通过深化改革破解前进中的难题,最大限度激发内生动力,发展司法生产力,优化审判资源配置,不断提高审判质效,以问题和需求为导向,回应人民群众关切。
Under the big background of the lawsuit explosion and judicial reform,it is the time’s urgent demand for the court to raise its trial management efficiency.Studying the running countermeasure of the regulation of the court’s trial management system,carrying out the judicial responsibility system,solving the problems in the course the reform stimulating the internal power with great effort,developing the judicial productivity,optimizing the trial resource,and enhance the efficiency with the guide of problems and demand,these are the ways to answer for the people’s concern.
