摘要
以地榆总黄酮的含量为指标,在单因素试验的基础上,采用基于Box-Behnken设计的响应面法进行组合实验,以料液比、提取温度、提取时间三个因素为指标优化地榆总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。结果表明:在以60%的乙醇为溶剂,料液比12∶1,浸提温度60℃,提取时间为2 h的条件下,地榆总黄酮百分含量的理论预测值为9.62%。通过响应面法优化得到的地榆总黄酮提取工艺稳定、可靠,具有一定的实用价值。
Based on the results of the single - factor tests and the Box - Behnken, a response surfacemethodology, which had three factors including the ratio of folds to the raw material, the temperature and theextraction time, was designed to optimize the extraction process of Sanguisorba officinalis root based on the content oftotal flavone. The results showed that a maximal extraction yield at 9. 62% of total flavone was achieved under thefollow optimal conditions: 60% alcohol was used as extraction solvent with the ratio of 12 folds to the raw material,the extraction time was 2 h with temperature at 60 益. The optimized extraction process was accurate, reliable andpractically valuable.
