摘要
失活氧化锌脱硫剂的再生具有环保意义和经济价值。本文概括了干、湿法再生工艺的反应原理、操作要点以及两种工艺在能耗、锌耗、可操作性以及对环境影响各方面的优缺点。简述了原位再生的基础研究在考察温度和氧浓度等再生条件对脱硫剂再生性能的影响以及降低脱硫剂再生温度等方面所做的工作。介绍了一步反应法再生工艺的进展,展望了氧化锌脱硫剂的循环利用前景。
Regeneration of the deactivated zinc oxide desulfurizer is not only of significance to environment protectionbut also has economic value. The reaction principles, operating key points, advantages and disadvantages for energyconsumption, zinc consumption, maneuverability, influence on environment between dry-process regeneration process andwet-process regeneration process were summarized, the basic research of in-situ regeneration on studying the affects ofregeneration conditions such as temperature and oxygen density and lowing regeneration temperature was briefly described,the progress for one step reaction method regeneration process was introduced, the study offered suggestions on zinc oxidedesulfurizer recycling.
