侧柏叶改性类芬顿法降解甲基橙的实验研究

摘要 采用侧柏叶提取液与硫酸亚铁溶液制备改性类芬顿反应催化剂,并利用该催化剂催化降解甲基橙溶液.考察了溶液pH值、催化剂浓度、反应温度、甲基橙初始浓度、H2O2加入量以及反应时间对甲基橙溶液降解效果的影响.结果表明:60mL、150mg/L甲基橙溶液,pH在3~10之间,催化剂用量为32.5mg,0.1mmol/L H2O2加入量为5mL,温度为55℃,反应时间40min,甲基橙的降解率都在99%以上.而且催化剂经8次使用,其催化效果仍然较好.通过催化剂的紫外及红外表征,探讨了催化剂降解甲基橙的机理. The modified Fenton reaction catalyst was prepared by using cacumen platycladi extract and ferrous sulfate solution,and the methyl orange solution was catalyzed by the above catalyst.The effects of pH,catalyst concentration,reaction temperature,initial concentration of methyl orange,H_2O_2 addition and reaction time on the degradation of methyl orange were investigated.The results show that:With the60 mL methyl orange solution(150 mg/L),the pH is between 3 and 10,the concentration of catalyst is 0.5 g/L,the concentration of H_2O_2 is 5 mL,the temperature is 55℃,the reaction time is 40 minute,methyl orange degradation rate is more than 99%.Moreover,the catalyst is used 8 times,the catalytic effect is still good.The mechanism of the degradation of methyl orange was discussed by the analysis of UV and IR.
