摘要
在全球化背景下,"人类命运共同体"理念应运而生。作为一种国际发展新理念,其有着深厚的理论基础,既吸收了马克思主义经典作家关于共同体思想的论述精华,也借鉴了中国共产党人关于全球性理念的成功经验。当前,全球性问题、国家利益观问题、西方价值观问题,致使打造人类命运共同体面临发展瓶颈。为此,要通过人类命运共同体的多维构建实现突破与超越,就需主动培养全球意识,大力倡导多边思维;积极弘扬共同利益观,努力打造经济共同体;切实加强对话交流,创新国际话语体系。
In the context of globalization, human fate community concept came into being. As a new concept of international development, it has a profound theoretical basis, which not only absorbs the essence of Marxist classic writers on the idea of community,but also learns from the Chinese Communist Party on the global concept of successful experience. At present, global issues, the issueof national interests, western values, resulting in the creation of human fate community is facing development bottlenecks. Hence,through the human fate of the multi-dimensional constructing to achieve breakthrough and transcendence, we must take the initiative tocultivate global awareness, and actively advocate multilateral thinking; actively promote the concept of common interests, and strive tocreate an economic community; effectively strengthen dialogue and communication, innovate international discourse system.
