摘要
传统废水处理工艺存在速度慢、效率低、污染物处理不干净、成本高等缺点,很难满足现代化工企业对废水处理的要求,为此,采用两段串联的厌氧-好氧生化处理工艺对高含油有机化工废水进行处理。根据废水污染物中有毒和难降解的特点将污染分为四个阶段,并阐述了废水中不同有机物的耗氧速率;将油地、调节池、气浮池进行清除污油处理,达到初步去油效果,在生化处理过程中分别对厌氧和好氧两段式的含油废水中污染物、有害物质进行处理,并使用生物降解方式将馏物和悬浮物进行降解;针对混合反应池、混凝沉淀池和过滤器中的污泥进行脱水与浓缩处理,由此完成对废水处理;通过实验步骤得出结论。实验结果表明,该工艺具有处理速度快、时间短、效率高等优势。
Traditional wastewater treatment process has disadvantages such as slow speed, low efficiency, unclean treatment of pollutants, high cost and so on, which can not meet the requirements of modern chemical enterprises for wastewater treatment. Therefore,we use two stage anaerobic-aerobic biochemical treatment processes to treat the organic chemical wastewater with high oil content. According to the characteristics of toxic and refractory of wastewater, this paper divides pollution into four stages, and describes the oxygen consumption rate of different organic compounds in wastewater. In the experiment, we cleaned dirty oil in oil field, regulating tank and air flotation tank to achieve preliminary oil removal effect. In the biochemical treatment process, we respectively treated two sections of anaerobic and aerobic oily wastewater, pollutants and harmful substances, and used biodegradable way to degrade distillate and suspended substance. Finally, we completed wastewater treatment process by dewatering and condensing sludge in mixing reaction tank, coagulation sedimentation tank and filter. The conclusion is drawn through experimental steps. The results show that the process has the advantages of fast processing speed, short time and high efficiency.
