摘要
甘草中分离出来的甘草次酸具有天然的药理学活性,但临床上长期大量服用该类药物时会产生一系类的副作用,本文综述国内外学者对甘草次酸结构改造的研究进展,力图筛选出更加有效、低毒副作用的新药成分。同时也为后续进一步研究开发甘草次酸提供参考。
The separation of glycyrrhetinic acid in licorice has pharmacological activity of natural,but a large number of long-term clinical taking the drugs will produce a series of adverse effects,this paper reviews domestic and foreign research on the structural modification of glycyrrhetinic acid,selected drug ingredients tries to more effective and low toxic and side effects. At the same time,it also provides reference for further research and development of glycyrrhetinic acid.
