摘要
本文针对新建本科院校教师优秀传统文化教育素养的现状,分析了影响教师优秀传统文化教育素养的多种因素,归纳了包括国家、学校、教师个人三个层面的影响因素体系,并基于教师优秀传统文化教育素养的影响因素,提出了进一步提升新建本科院校教师优秀传统文化教育素养的策略。
According to the present situation of teachers' educational quality of excellent traditional culture in newly-built universities,this paper analyzes the affecting factors of teachers' educational quality of excellent traditional culture,summarizes three levels of affecting factors system including nation,school and individual teachers,based on the affecting factors of teachers' educational quality of excellent traditional culture,and puts forward the measures to further enhance teachers' educational quality of excellent traditional culture in newly-built universities.
