凹模刃口倒角对薄壁精冲件塌角高度的影响 被引量:4

摘要 介绍了塌角形成及其影响因素,设计了凹模刃口倒角部分。为减小薄壁精冲件断面塌角,利用有限元模拟软件DEFORM-2D研究了某型槽针针坯的塌角情况。通过改变凹模刃口倒角高度,观察针坯塌角变化及光亮带比例变化情况。分析了塌角大小随凹模刃口倒角高度变化趋势及冲裁过程中力-行程曲线。对模拟情况做了相关实验,实验结果与模拟结果基本一致。对于薄板冲裁件而言,塌角高度随凹模刃口倒角高度减小而减小,但倒角高度过小时,撕裂带会增大,光亮带比例有所减小。 The formation of collapse angle and its influential factors were introduced,and the die edge chamfer was designed. To reduce collapse angle,the beard needle collapse angle was analyzed by using the finite element simulation software DEFORM-2 D. The change of the needle billet collapse angle and the burnish zone proportion were observed by changing the cutting edge chamfer heights. The changing trend of the collapse angle with the die edge angle and the force-stroke curve during the blanking process were analyzed. The relevant experiments were conducted for the simulation conditions,and the experimental and the simulation results were basically similar. For thin blanking plate,the height of collapse angle decreases with the height of die edge chamfer increases. When the chamfer height is rather small,the torn belt becomes larger and the burnish zone proportion is reduced.
