摘要
针对空调用钢衬铜管腐蚀泄漏故障,通过显微分析和电化学试验等手段对钢衬铜管进行分析。研究发现,钢衬铜管在制作过程中镀层漏镀失去保护作用,使得钢衬铜管与铜管连接时发生电化学作用,是导致钢衬铜管腐蚀泄露的根本原因。鉴于此,提出了保证内外镀层厚度至少50μm、钢衬铜管连接处增加保护套等预防措施。
Leakage caused by corrosion in steel lined brass pipe for air conditioner was analyzed by means of microscopic analysis and electro- chemical analysis. Results showed that the steel lined brass pipe had the skip plating part, which presented the base material and consequently the copper coating lost protective function. The bare steel pipe was corroded under the action of electrochemical corrosion with copper pipe. Based on it, some prevention measures were proposed, such as normalizing the coating quality with the thickness of at least 50μm and optimizing the contacting structures of connecting different pipes.
