摘要
保护规划对传统村落的保护与发展起到重要的指导作用。东莞南社古村和塘尾古村的保护规划从编制到实施距今已经过去十几年,两村均只实施保护规划的近期部分内容,中期、远期目标均未能实施。通过实地踏勘及问卷访谈对比两村的建成环境及使用状况,分别从古建筑保护与利用、道路修缮与使用、绿化景观建成环境以及基础环卫设施建设状况四方面进行评价。大部分居民对南社古村在这四方面的建设情况均表示满意,而对塘尾古村除了绿化环境以外,其余三方面满意度均为一般。针对实施情况及现实满意度评价,提出两村未来发展的建议。
Conservation planning plays an important role in the protection and development of traditional villages. Conservation plannings of Nanshe and Tangwei Village have been implemented for more than 10 years. Short-term goals of the two conservation plannings have been implemented but medium-term and long-term goals are not implemented. Through field research and questionnaire survey, comparing with the two villages in built environments and post occupancy evaluation, we evaluate from four aspects such as protection and utilization of the ancient buildings, roadway repair, landscape and basic sanitation facilities improvement. Most of the residents of the village are satisfied with the four aspects of Nanshe village. The residents of Tangwei village are not very satisfied with other three aspects except landscape. We put forward some suggestions for the two villages in future development according to reality evaluation.
