摘要
对原有的习艺劳动管理模式创新,是适应新的戒毒模式的需要,是习艺劳动规范化管理的重要内容,是提高警察队伍素质的重要途径,是提高教育矫治质量的重要手段,能为习艺劳动提供保障。创新习艺劳动教育要做好戒毒人员的岗前培训,加强对处于转期段、转工种等不同时期、不同工序、不同岗位的戒毒人员的习艺劳动教育。
Innovation of the previous skills learning labor management models, representing the demand of the new drug rehabilitation models,the key contents of standardized management of skills learning labor, the key approach to improve the police overall qualities and the significant means to promote education correction quality, can provide guarantees for skills learning labor. The major measures for skills learning labor education innovation are to effectively conduct skills learning labor education as pre -job training for detoxicators, and strenthen skills learning labor education of detoxicators,who are in different periods of their jobs, working procedures and posiitions.
