摘要
当前公安机关在社会管理和公共服务中遇到的社会矛盾纠纷日益增多,预防、化解和调处工作面临着新的挑战。公安机关应强化责任意识,加强基层组织建设,完善矛盾纠纷综合治理的各项工作机制,发挥信息优势,做好党和政府决策的参谋,积极参与"大调处",及时预防和化解社会矛盾纠纷,依法调解和处置突发性群体性事件,为国家经济建设和人民安居乐业保驾护航。
Public security organizations are encountering an increasing number of social conflicts and disputes in social management and public services. Prevention,resolution and adjustment is confronted with new challenges. Public security organizations should intensify their responsibility consciousness, strengthen the construction of grass-roots organizations,improve various working mechanisms for comprehensive treatment of social conflicts and disputes,take advantage of information,efficiently serve as policy-making brainman for the Party and governments, actively get involved in ＂the Big Mediation＂, timely prevent and adjust social conflicts and disputes, carry on effective law-based mediation and disposal of sudden mass incidents and serve as an escort for the state economic construction and people＇s happy and peaceful life.
