摘要
基于第三方物流企业回收的再制造品逆向物流如何实现高效优质的物流网络规划布局成为决定物流企业经营好坏的关键。文章针对确定环境下再制造逆向物流网络进行研究,建立了物流网络运输过程中车辆最优运送路径和物流网络成本最小化的模型。此模型可以解决各个逆向物流节点的选址、建设规模和大体布局、各种回收物品的回收路径等问题,同时可以通过求解得出第三方企业的物流成本、所得收益以及各个再制造工厂的满意度。
How to design logistics network qualitatively and effectively is the key of deciding the merits or demerits of the thirdparty remanufacturing reverse logistics corporation in reverse logistics management. This paper set upa location-distribution modelbased on certain factors from collection points to client corporation. This model can solve the problem of choosing location ofeach node of the reverse logistics, the construction scale and general layout, all the recycling recovery path and so on, at thesame time, we can get the logistics cost, income of the third party logistics company and demand satisfaction of each remanufacturing factory by solving the model.
