摘要
电子商务的迅猛发展导致在线退货事件日趋增多,退货逆向物流应运而生,但由于我国退货逆向物流发展尚不完善,存在诸多问题,尤其是退货逆向物流成本过高。文章通过分析退货逆向物流的成因、特点以及目前我国在退货逆向物流方面存在的问题,将其成本构成分为运输成本、库存成本和其他成本三大类。文章主要着眼于退货逆向物流的运输成本方面,根据其成本构成及影响因素,构建了B2C电子商务企业退货逆向物流中心的选址模型,并运用遗传算法结合Matlab编程的方式对模型进行求解和数值实验,选出合理的退货物流中心地址,减少相关运输成本,进而达到B2C电子商务环境下退货逆向物流运输成本优化的目的。
The rapid development of electronic commerce to return online events increasing, return reverse logistics came into being. However, due to the imperfect development of reverse logistics in China, there are many problems, especially the return costof reverse logistics is too high. Through analyzing the causes and characteristics of return reverse logistics and the existing problems in our country, the paper divides the cost structure into three categories: transportation cost, inventory cost and other costs.This paper mainly focuses on the aspects of return reverse logistics transportation cost, according to its cost structure and influencing factors, the location model of B2C E-commerce enterprise's return logistics center is constructed. Using the genetic algorithm combined with Matlab programming method to solve and numerical experiments on the model and get a reasonable returnlogistics center address as well as reducing the transportation cost. Finally to achieve the purpose of B2C under the environmentof E-commerce return reverse logistics to optimize cost.
