摘要
目的观察稳心颗粒与美托洛尔联用治疗高血压心脏病室性早搏的临床疗效。方法 70例高血压心脏病室性早搏患者,采取信封分组方法分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组使用美托洛尔进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用稳心颗粒进行治疗。比较两组治疗效果及并发症情况。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率为94.3%,高于对照组的77.1%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.200,P<0.05)。对照组中2例出现恶心、1例出现头晕,不良反应发生率为8.6%;观察组中1例出现恶心,1例出现头晕,不良反应发生率为5.7%;两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.215,P>0.05)。结论使用稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗高血压心脏病室性早搏的疗效良好,且不良反应发生率较低,临床安全性较高,值得临床予以推广。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenxin Granule combined with metoprolol for treatment of hypertensive heart disease complicated with premature ventricular beats.Methods A total of 70 patients with hypertensive heart disease complicated with premature ventricular beats were divided by envelope method into control group and observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metoprolol,and the observation group was treated with Wenxin Granule on the basis of the control group.Comparison were made on treatment effect and complications between two groups.Results After treatment,the observation group had higher total effective rate as 94.3% than 77.1% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（χ~2=4.200,P0.05）.The control group had 2 cases of nausea and 1 case of dizzy,with incidence of adverse reactions as 8.6%,while the observation group had 1 case of nausea and 1 case of dizzy,with incidence of adverse reactions as 5.7%.Both groups had no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions（χ~2=0.215,P0.05）.Conclusion Combination of Wenxin Granule and metoprolol provides excellent efficacy in treating hypertensive heart disease complicated with premature ventricular beats with low incidence of adverse reactions and high clinical safety.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
