摘要
介绍了FSAE赛车前悬架系统的设计过程,在INVENTOR中建立了悬架的三维模型,利用ADAMS/Car对悬架进行了运动学仿真分析,验证了悬架结构设计的合理性;通过分析仿真实验得到了表征悬架性能参数随车轮跳动的变化曲线,确定了悬架系统要优化的目标,最后利用ADAMS/Insight进行优化仿真,最终获得优化结果,改善了悬架系统的性能.
This paper introduces the design process of the FSAE front suspension system,establishes the 3D model of the suspension in INVENTOR,and uses the ADAMS/Car to carry on the kinematic simulation analysis of the suspension to verify the rationality of the suspension structure design.The simulation results show that the performance of the suspension system is optimized by using ADAMS/Insight.Finally,the optimization results are obtained and the performance of the suspension system is improved.
