摘要
目的研究精细化管理应用于手术室管理中的效果。方法我院从2016年6月开始将精细化管理应用于手术室管理中,将应用精细化管理后的2016年6月—2017年5月一年时间视作观察组,将应用精细化管理前的一年时间2015年6月—2016年5月视作对照组,实施常规手术室管理,比较精细化管理实施前后手术室管理质量。结果手术室管理中实施精细化管理后,患者满意度为97.00%;实施前,患者满意度为83.00%,实施前后对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化管理应用于手术室管理中有助于提升手术室管理质量,提升患者对手术室医疗服务的满意度。
Objective To study the effect of refined management in operating room management. Methods Since June 2016, our hospital has applied fine management to the management of operation room. From June 2016 to May 2017, our hospital after the application of refined management was regarded as an observation group. From June 2015 to May 2016, our hospital before the application of refined management was regarded as a control group. The general management of the operation room was carried out, and the quality of the operation room management before and after the implementation of the management was fine. Results After the meticulous management was carried out inthe operation room management, the patient satisfaction was 97.00%. Before the implementation, the patient satisfaction was 83.00%. The difference was statistically significant(P 〈0.05) before and after the implementation. Conclusion The application of refined management in operating room management can help improving the management quality of operating room and improve patients' satisfaction with the operating room medical service.
