摘要
目的研究化痰祛瘀汤对脑梗死急性期组织型纤溶酶原激活物及其抑制物的影响效果。方法选取2016年3月—2017年1月我院收治的脑梗死急性期患者60例作为研究对象,将其分为两组。对照组进行常规治疗,观察组同时采用化痰祛瘀汤治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的神经功能缺失评分(NDS)、中医症候评分量表评分情况与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者t-PA、PAI变化对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论化痰祛瘀汤对脑梗死急性期组织型纤溶酶原激活物及其抑制物具有良好的影响效果。
Objective To study the effect of Huatan Quyu decoction on tissue plasminogen activator and plasminogen activator inhibitor in acute cerebral infarction. Methods From March 2016 to January 2017, 60 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups, the control group was treated with routine treatment. The observation group was treated with Huatan Quyu decoction, and the therapeutic effect was compared between two groups. Results The neurological deficit score（NDS） and the TCM symptom scale score of the observation group were different compared with the control group（P 〈0.05）. After treatment, the differences of t-PA and PAI between the two groups were statistical significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Huatan Quyu decoction has a good effect on tissue plasminogen activator and inhibitor in acute cerebral infarction.
