摘要 目的分析骨科护理临床带教中教学路径的应用效果。方法选取200名骨科护理实习生作为研究对象,将入选对象随机均分为两组:对照组和观察组,两组各100名。对照组采用传统教学方法,观察组采用临床教学路径方法,比较两组护生的理论、实践能力考核结果及实习生对带教教学情况的评定效果能力。结果观察组实习生理论知识与实践能力考核成绩优秀率均优于对照组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生对带教满意度情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床带教骨科护理临床带教中教学路径的应用能有效地提升骨科实习生的理论知识、实践能力,大大提高了实习生对带教老师的满意度。 Objective To analyze the application effect of teaching path in nursing clinical teaching in department of orthopedics. Methods 200 nursing interns in department of orthopedics were selected as the research objects, and the selected subjects were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the observation group, and 100 students in each group.The traditional teaching method was used in the control group. The clinical teaching path was used in the observation group.The results of the assessment of theory and practice ability of the two groups of nursing students and the ability of the interns to evaluate the teaching situation were compared. Results The excellent rate of the theoretical knowledge and practical ability of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P 〈0.05). The degree of satisfaction of the interns in the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈 0.05). Conclusion The application of the teaching path in clinical teaching department of orthopedics can effectively improve the theoretical knowledge and practical ability of the department of orthopedics interns. It has greatly improved the satisfaction of the interns to the teachers.
