摘要
目的分析我国医学教育的现状并找出医学院校与教学医院协作中的问题。方法通过查阅文献及统计年鉴数据分析,找出能够反映问题的信息。结果 2015年,我国医学硕士和博士研究生占全国毕业研究生总数的11.35%,医学普通本科毕业生占总毕业生人数的6.24%。医学教师人数适中,且师资的职称水平较高。医学教育学制长,在校人数规模庞大,学校与教学医院进行教学管理的压力重。医学院校与医院间存在直属附属型、非直属附属型、教学基地型三类管理体制,从教学、研发、服务或是全面合作等方面又可以概括为四种合作模式。结论我国医学教育处于稳定发展中,但医学院校与教学医院间管理体制尚未理清,临床教学环节有待进一步完善。通过提高医学理论与实践教育的协同性,能够有效提高整个医学教育系统的效率,提高教学质量。
Objectives To analyze the present situation of medical education in China and finds out the problems in the collaboration between medical colleges and teaching hospitals.Methods Through consulting literature and analyzing statistical yearbook data,to find information that can reflect the problem.Results In 2015,China＇s medical master and doctoral graduate students accounted for 11.35% of the total number of graduate students,and medical graduates of ordinary undergraduates accounted for 6.24% of the total number of graduates.The number of medical teachers was moderate,and the titles of teachers were higher.The medical education system was longer than other majors,thus the number of the students was very large,which increased the pressure of teaching management in schools and teaching hospitals.There were three kinds of management systems,which were subordinate,non-affiliated,affiliated and teaching base,between medical colleges and hospitals,and can be summarized as 4 kinds of cooperation models from teaching,research and development,service,or overall cooperation.Conclusions Medical education in our country is in steady development,but the management system between medical colleges and teaching hospitals has not been sorted out yet,and the clinical teaching need to be further improved.By improving the coordination of medical theory and practice education,it can effectively improve the efficiency of the entire medical education system and improve the quality of undergraduate teaching.
