摘要
天然气净化厂循环冷却水主要用于工艺装置中溶液、液硫等介质和机泵、空压机等动力设备的冷却。为防止循环冷却水中悬浮物吸附水处理药剂,降低循环水中有效药剂浓度及应用效果,同时避免因浊度升高对换热器传热效率的影响,必须去除悬浮物质,以满足规定的循环冷却水水质指标。通过对循环冷却水旁流过滤器浊度去除率、过滤精度、操作难易程度和操作维护费用等四个方面进行对比,结合其综合应用前景,认为纤维球过滤器更适合于天然气净化厂循环冷却水旁流过滤。
Circulating cooling water is mainly used for the cooling of solution,liquid sulfur and air compressor in natural gas purification plant. In order to prevent the adsorption of water treatment agent by suspension in cooling water,which reduces the agent concentration and application effect,while avoiding the impact on heat transfer efficiency of heat exchanger due to turbidity increase,it is necessary to remove the suspended substances to meet the water quality index of circulating cooling water. Based on the comparison of turbidity removal rate,filtration precision,operation complexity and maintenance costs of cooling water side filter,it is believed that fiber ball filter is more suitable for natural gas purification plant circulating cooling water filtration.
