国产远程程控技术在运动障碍疾病中的临床应用研究 被引量:8

Clinical study of domestically developed technology of remote programming for movement disorders

摘要 目的 评价清华大学研发的国产远程程控技术在运动障碍疾病中的临床应用价值及注意事项.方法 回顾性纳入2016年2月至2017年10月首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院神经外科进行国产脑深部电极植入术后进行远程程控的56例运动障碍疾病患者.总结程控类型,分析远程程控的不良反应.结果 56例行远程程控的患者中,调整电压52例次,调整患者权限45例次,调整频率30例次,调整脉宽15例次,查询电量8例次,故障排除或检查5例次,调整触点3例次,因磁共振检查或其他原因行远程开关机3例次,调整循环模式2例次.结论 国产远程程控技术能够解决运动障碍疾病患者术后的部分程控问题,其不良反应可控,可以积极稳妥地在临床推广应用. Objective To investigate the clinical values and suggestions for use of domestically developed technology of remote programming for patients with movement disorders.Methods A total of 56 patients with movement disorders underwent implantation of domestically manufactured devices of deep brain stimulation (DBS) at Department of Neurosurgery,Beijing Tiantan Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University from February 2016 to October 2017.All patients received remote programing post surgery.The types of remote programing were summarized and the side effects were analyzed.Results Among all patients in this study,adjustment of voltage was conducted in 52 cases,authority management in 45,frequency adjustment in 30,pulse width change in 15,battery check in 8,fault detect and handing in 5,contact change in 3,remote startup and shutdown for MRI scan or other reasons in 3 and change of cycling pattern in 2 cases.Conclusions Domestically developed technology of remote programming could help resolve some problems for patients with movement disorders,which seems to be correlated with controllable side effects and thus worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
