摘要
文章以石阡县为例,以乡(镇)级行政区为单位,参考《贵州省水土保持区划导则》和《石阡县统计年鉴(2014年)》,对石阡县水土保持措施的土壤保持功能、蓄水保水功能、生态维护功能、人居环境维护功能四大主要水土保持功能类型进行初步评价。根据重要性评价结果与赋分结果,石阡县重要蓄水保水功能区所占面积410.98 km2,重要人居环境维护功能区面积333.62 km2,重要生态维护功能区面积为805.79 km2,重要土壤保持功能区面积618.16 km2。同时根据最终赋分结果,可以针对各乡(镇)行政区的水土保持主导功能,更高效、科学、有针对性的制定石阡县水土保持防治措施。
Taking Shiqian County as research object,referring to ＂Guidelines for Soil and Water Conservation in Guizhou＂and ＂Statistic Yearbook of Shiqian（ 2014） ＂,we preliminarily evaluated the four main soil and water conservation functions of the measures taken in Shiqian,including soil conservation,water storage,ecosystem maintenance and living environment maintenance. The results showed that,the water storage functional area covered410. 98 km2,the living environment maintenance functional area covered 333. 62 km2,the ecosystem maintenance functional area covered 805. 79 km2,and the soil conservation functional area covered 618. 16 km2. Based on the results,we put forward some soil and water conservation measures that is more effective,more scientific and better targeted.
