摘要
采用化学分析及XRD衍射图谱方法对不同水胶比、不同溶蚀历时的水泥净浆试件进行了试验研究,并对水泥净浆试件的耐久年限以及抗压强度与Ca(OH)_2的累积溶出比例的关系进行了分析。结果表明:在软水溶蚀环境下,水泥净浆中的Ca^(2+)持续溶出,试件中Ca(OH)_2的累积溶出比例极限值约为总量的30%~40%,水泥浆试件抗压强度达到显著降低时的年限与水胶比密切相关,水泥基材料抗压强度与Ca(OH)_2累积溶出比例的关系可以近似用线性关系拟合。
The cement paste specimens of different water to cement ratio and different eroded duration are studied by chemical analysis and XRD diffraction method, and the durability of cement paste specimens and the relationship between the compressive strength and the proportion of Ca(OH) 2 cumulative dissolution are also analyzed. The results show that, under soft water erosion circumstances, the cement paste Ca2+ dissolves out continuously and the value of proportional limit of Ca(OH) 2 cumulative dissolution is about 30% - 40% of the total, the time when the compressive strength of cement paste being significantly reduced is closely related to water cement ratio, and the relationship between the compressive strength of cement based materials and the cumulative dissolution ratio of Ca(OH) 2 can be approximated matched by linear fitting.
