摘要
糖皮质激素是现代治疗肾脏病最常用的药物之一,它在取得良好临床疗效的同时,常会带来各种不良反应。国医大师郑新从事中医临床及研究50余年,在治疗中医肾病方面成绩斐然,他以中医脏腑经典理论为基础,提出"肾病三因论",对治疗糖皮质激素在肾病应用中的不良反应进行中医分期论治探讨:(1)激素起始期;(2)激素减量期;(3)激素维持期。总结了这三期的中医辨证施治及常用的方药,运用中医中药优势,综合提高临床疗效,供临床参考和推广。
Glucocorticoid is one of the most commonly used drugs in the treatment of kidney disease, but it can bring kinds of side effects while achieving good clinical efficacy. As a TCM master, ZHENG Xin has engaged in the clinical and study of TCM more than 50 years with remarkable achievement in kidney disease. He put forward the theory of ＇three causes of nephropathy-lung, spleen, kidney＇, based on the classical theory of traditional Chinese medicine organs. This article explored ZHENG Xin＇s thought of staging treatment for the side effects of glucocorticoid in kidney disease, and summarized the corresponding therapeutic methods and prescription. The staging treatment mainly included three periods： （1）Start application period of glucocorticoid; （3）Reduction of application period of glucocorticoid; （2）Maintenance of application period of low-dose glucocorticoid. Using traditional Chinese medicine to alleviate the side effects of western medicine, and improve the clinical efficacy is worth of reference and promotion for clinic.
