摘要
随着互联网经济的到来和产业结构的转型升级,组织效能管理作为新兴概念,逐步成为现代企业经营发展的重要工具。论文就领导力对企业组织效能的影响进行分析:首先,了解组织效能的定义;其次,从领导力的角度出发去分析互联网企业组织效能的几个维度,然后就如何进行有效的组织效能提出建议,最后分析得出领导力对组织效能的发挥起了不容忽视的作用。
With the advent of the intemet economy and the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure, organizational effectiveness management has gradually become an important tool for the development of modern enterprises. The paper analyzes the influence of leadership on the organizational effectiveness of the enterprise： Firstly, understand the definition of organizational effectiveness. Secondly, from the perspective of leadership to analyze the dimensions of the organizational effectiveness of the internet enterprise. Then it puts forward some suggestions on how to carry out effective organizational effectiveness. Finally, it is concluded that leadership plays an important role in the performance of organizational effectiveness.
